34 -14 And trust me, it really wasn't that close!
Man this was a real disappointment. The Eagles were out coached, out played and out worked. If there was any doubt by honest fans that the dallas Cowboys were the better team, this game 3 of the trifecta should have put that doubt to rest. And all I could think of was, "That damn Lurie just gave Andy Reid a 3 year extension!" The coach didn't change a thing from the last time they were beaten senseless by Dallas!

This defense is the worst I have seen in Philly in years. They sure could have used Brian Dawkins at safety. I knew there would likely be a drop off when Jim Johnson died, but I never dreamed it would fall off so bad that they can't cover anyone, nor get any pressure at all on a quarterback without blitzing. It's a disgrace in a defensive town like Philly to have a poor defensive team like this. The Defensive Coordinator is in over his head. They should have brought in a seasoned tried and true defensive guy.

What did you expect? The Philadelphia eagles have only beat one team with a winning record all year, and that was lowly Atlanta. That was no great feat. Yjis is simply not a good football team, and Lurie and banner will continue to blow ssmoke up your rear end until you get the message that it's not a florida breeze. As a Coach once said, "they were what we thought they were". If you continue, year after year, to drink the Lurie/Banner/Reid Media fed Cool-aid about this being a good team, whose fault is that? The truth is, this 11 win season was smoke and mirrors.

It's Groundhog day all over again. Time mismanagement issues again. Taking a time out on a punt play, how ludicrous is that? Andy refuses to run the ball. Again! Mcnabb with 2 completions in the first half? Mcnabb missing wide open receivers in crucial games. Again! Nitwits in the media telling us it's all because receivers aren't getting open, and it's not Mcnabb's fault. Again! Third down efficiency is abominable. Again! Undisciplined players taking stupid dumb penalties in crucial situations. Again! A defense that is like swiss cheese. Again!

Hey Phiily Dawg! Now I understand why you rated Tony Romo 8th and Donovan Mcnabb 9th in your top 14 Quarterbacks. http://www.twarren10pro.com/PhillySports/index.php?topic=64.0 I'd say now he's about 15th. Give him his gold watch and send him pack'n.

Here's my editorial. Andy Reid is not getting nearly enough criticism, and partly because McFoof'n-Mouth catches all the flack. And deservedly so. Yes, he's a bumbling idiot. Yes he can't throw straight. Yes he chokes in big games. But Andy Reid is the architect of this fiasco of a team, and he just skates by unscathed because of his long standing record.
Excuse me but I say, "Fire Andy Reid!" Yes, you heard me right! I don't care what extension the Eagles organization just gave him. Andy Reid is without a doubt the most over-rated coach in the entire NFL. And this is one fan who is tired of his inability to learn from his mistakes. Rushing last week against Dallas, 10 yards. Rushing in this Play off game against Dallas, 13 yards. You cannot win like that. And Andy doesn't know that? He built this offensive, offensive and defensive line, and he gets no criticism for it? And the Media whores, insrtead of talking about the real issues, spent two hours yesterday talking about Michael Vick. I use to be a big fan, but I'm to the point right now where I cannot stand to even listen to Rhea Hughes.
Jim Stone stated it succinctly. "It's Ground hog day all over again." Eagle's President Joe banner said that the definition of insanity is to keep doing the same thing year after year, and expecting a different outcome. Vis's vis, Andy Reid is Psychologically insane! Andy cannot adjust during the game, and he has no scheme to make a third down to save their lives. The time management issues are insane. A no-huddle hurry-up offense where the eagles take their time. Taking a time out on a play where you are going to punt from the 40 yard line. The team being one of the most penalized teams in the league. year after year being unable to run the ball to pick up even 1 foot. Ground hog day is the appropriate phrase.
How dare we question the fact that Andy will "put the players in a better position" to win next time. How dare we question the Eagles being the "Gold Standard!" How dare we question the "Best roster in the NFL!" Yes, the management of this team are certifiably insane.
The butt-kissing media will retort that it's not Andy's fault, it's the players. Andy reid the coach is also Andy Reid the general manager. Who put these players on the field? Andy. Who gave us this defense that is like swiss cheese. Again, Andy! Who loves the play of Donovan Mcnabb and thinks he's the best quarterback for this team to win? Andy.

People love to hate on Romo, but actually he is a very good quarterback in this league. And like Philly Dawg, I would take him over Mcnabb any day of the week.

Dall-ASS Sucks!
But I give up! Get rid of McChoke. I've seen enough. He holds onto the ball way to long. He still has the accuracy issues. And he will never in this life be a leader. That doesn't mean I blame Mcnabb for the playoff loss, but he's very much part of it and after 11 years I've seen enough.
