SGM0013 - Developed by Imagineering Inc., and published by GameTek, "Family Feud" was released in 1993 for the Super Nintendo game system. Faithfully based upon the hit TV gameshow family Feud, this game recreate the feel and the atmosphere of the show to perfection. Randomly generated questions are asked, and the object is to figure out the most popular survey answers from people poled. However, giving an answer not on the board will earn you a strike, and three means the opposition gets a chance to steal the points you've earned by guessing one of the remaining answers. There is a huge database of some really tough and challenging questions, so it's definitely not a game you can just breeze through the competition. But from the time family Feud is placed into your Super Nintendo system, you are pleasantly transported back to the hay day of TV game shows and battles between two competing "families" trying to make it to the Bonus round. The sound is the original music of Family Feud, and it is kept low so as not to be annoying. And the other sound effects are very nice as well. The graphics are basic sprite animation, but it actually looks great and recreates the show very well. The replay value of Family Feud for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System is a nice part of this game. It is password driven, so that you can leave the game and come back to playing without losing any of your hard earned cash you've worked so hard to acquire. The questions are difficult at times and quite challenging, and multiplayer action is so much fun. Playing this game against a family friend is a blast! Family Feud for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) is a classic nostalgic TV gameshow game that is still lots of fun to play. So if you don't have Family Feud for the SNES, I would really recommend that you get a copy. It is truly a nostalgic and classic SNES game that is loads of fun, especially in multiplayer mode.
